- Year of wine: The year of wines are updated all the time, so the year of wine in the product image or product description could be different from the one you received.
3.Return and exchange.
- Our goal is to make you happy! So we will always double check the products before shipping, But if you are not happy with the product you received , please email us at email@example.com ( Please include the date of order, order number, a photo of the product and reason for return) or call us at 022-59908217 within 7 days of your delivery date, and we will try our best to solve the problem.
If return product to us , please make sure that the product is not used or expired, and is in the original box or packaging.
- Please note the following products that can not be returned or exchanged:
a. Short shelf life products (shelf life less than 60 days).
b. Refrigerated or frozen products.
c. The product is used or expired.
d. Certain promotional products.

And if we should refund you , there will be partial refund and full refund, and the refund mony will go back to the account what you paid with.
5. Shipping failures
- During shipping, there could be all kinds of unhappy things happen, especially when using the third party delivery. When we deliver by our own staff , we will always handle with care. But most of the time, we will use the third party delivery , we have no control over the third party delivery, if some damages happened, let us know through E-mail or a phone call , and we will see what we can do about it .
6. Deliver to remote locations
- We will charge extra shipping fee for remote locations like XinJiang and Tibet.
The way of charging is , after you placed an order, our staff will contact you and tell you how to pay the extra fee.
