Ingredients
350g (12oz)  Tomato and Basil Sauce 
4 medium, skinless chicken breasts
50g (2oz) breadcrumbs
50g (2oz) Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions (Step By Step)
Chicken breasts baked in a rich tomato and basil sauce with a crispy crumb topping makes for a simple but very satisfying supper dish.

Preheat the oven to gas 6, 200℃, fan 180℃.

Place the chicken breasts into a shallow ovenproof dish and pour over the Loyd Grossman Tomato and Basil Sauce.

Mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese together and sprinkle over the sauce. 
Bake for 30-35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through with no pink showing and the topping is crisp and golden.

Serve with boiled rice and rocket salad.

Cooking Tip
Try replacing the Parmesan cheese with a mixture of grated mozzarella and Cheddar cheese.
