Crispy Shrimp Po’boy (0051)

1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
Dash garlic powder
Dash paprika
8-inch French roll or hoagie bun
8 to 10 pieces breaded popcorn shrimp (about 1/2 cup), baked according to package
1 slice Habanero Monterey Jack Cheese, cut in half
2 slices tomato
1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Heat broiler. Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, garlic powder and paprika.
Open roll and spread both sides with spicy mayo. Arrange shrimp on one side; top with cheese.
Broil open sandwich 1 to 2 minutes until cheese is melted. Top with tomatoes and lettuce. Serve warm.
