1 (10 3/4-ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 cups milk or water
1 (12-ounce) package frozen broccoli cuts
2 cups frozen Diced Grilled Chicken Breast
2 cups cubed process cheese product (about 8 ounces)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
In a large saucepan, heat soup and milk to boiling on medium heat, stirring frequently. Stir in broccoli and chicken. Return to boiling on medium heat; reduce heat. Cover and cook 7 to 8 minutes, stirring frequently, until broccoli is tender and chicken is warm.
Stir in cheeses. Cook about 3 minutes, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
Tip: Make Taco Soup. Stir in 1/2 cup salsa. Serve with tortilla chips. Substitute your favorite vegetable for the broccoli, like cauliflower or corn. Serve in bread bowls for an instant hit!
